All options related to size of signs, style and type are specified in the lease agreement with your property management company. In some cases, the city or even the county may have guidelines that you must follow. Our team of experts will guide you through options.
4 to 6 weeks after approved drawing, permit and deposit.
Fabricated sign: 1 year on parts and materials. LED modules, power supplies, ballasts, transformers: 1 year. Electronic message centers (EMC) components: 3 years. Neon tubes: 90 days. Printed vinyl: 1 year laminated, 6 months die-cut, 3 months non-laminated. Labor: free repairs for 90 days after installation, then at standard rates. Not covered: incandescent and fluorescent bulbs, service calls on existing signs, damage from weather, vandalism, misuse, or alterations by others. Claims within 10 days of failure, with photos.
We connect an illuminated sign only if the wiring is accessible within 5 feet of the sign location. We do NOT bring power to the sign area. It is the client responsibility to make sure power is available within range.
